Colourcon Roofing Tiles (Pvt) Ltd., a subsidiary of the Conmix Group based in Kandy, Sri Lanka established and begun manufacturing colour concrete roof tiles in 1999 under an Advanced Technology Industry Program. It was a bold and innovative scheme were for the first time in Sri Lanka and the whole of South Asia, roofing tiles will be manufactured in a fully automated factory using the most advanced technology with stringent quality controls far above the industry norm.
As of the beginning of 2008, Colourcon™ will be completing 9 years of service in Sri Lanka. In these 9 years it has won 5 product awards from the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects with the first being an Excellence Award in 2000, the first year it was applied for.
Since 2005, Colourcon™ remains the only Roof Tile company to have ISO 9001:2000 and SLS product quality certification both ensuring our products are recognized according to the best of global standards.
Just as important as quality standards, Colourcon™ owes much of its success to its customer service program. We have a direct contact with all our end users allowing them to contact our company for any requirements related to our products without having to come through a third party. Our objective is to always have a physical presence at every site where Colourcon™ is used. On top of all this, we provide a industry first 30 year Performance Warranty on our roof tiles thus our customers will be rest assured that the roof above their head is well secured.
Product Quality & Customer Satisfaction is only 2 of the 3 key personas of Colourcon™ with the third being Aesthetic Significance. We recognize the importance of wants over needs and in Sri Lanka everybody wants a good looking roof but no other product was able to provide this without drawbacks such as leaks and poor quality build.
